Integrations & importing jobs

While we recommend that you use MightyRecruiter as your one-stop solution from sourcing to hire, we do have the ability to integrate with your existing ATS.

Simply turn on an advanced setting in MightyRecruiter, and your candidates will be directed to your applicant tracking system to complete their application for the job posting.

If you decide to use your existing ATS, please note that MightyRecruiter will not be able to monitor and track job performance.

If you have existing jobs in another system, you can send an XML file of your jobs to the MightyRecruiter team. We’ll import them into your MightyRecruiter account so you can continue sourcing seamlessly!
