We are looking for an experienced in-home Early Child Development Clinician who loves to help young children blossom and achieve their developmental milestones and goals in a home setting! Early Child Development Clinician will counsel individuals, families, couples or groups regarding psychological, behavioral or emotional problems (particularly for children ages 0-5 ) by developing and implementing clinical assessment and clinical treatment plans in a home or community based setting. Job Responsibilities:
- Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating clinicians and supporting and facilitating each child’s progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationships
- Completing biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools and weekly visits to patients, as needed
- Coordinate services with other relevant providers involved in a given case (e.g. school personnel, Department of Children and Families, courts, etc.) and complete all required documentation for treatment planning, billing, and licensure within a timely manner
- Provide support to clients in an integrated health care delivery system
