- 3-5 years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
- Associates or Tech School degree preferred
- Waste Industry Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred
- Must know how to budget & manage a P&L +5 years
- Lean management and Six Sigma background – 5+ years’ experience
- Labor relations / union and collective bargaining experience – 5+ years’ experience
