The vast majority of job descriptions are long and tedious. If you’re looking for a brand ambassador, the last thing you want is for that person to be boring, so make sure your job descriptions reflects the type of candidate you’re looking to hire.
As many companies search for the best representative for their brand, your brand ambassador job description has to not only quickly grab their attention but list the expectations and benefits of that job clearly and in a way that makes your job seem better than the many other listings offering a similar opportunity.
To that end, start your description with a job summary area that clearly describes what a potential brand ambassador will be expected to do for your company. Anyone can regurgitate a series of tasks; you want your job description to speak to the candidate on a personal level.

Skills: Use this section to describe what’s needed and what you prefer in potential candidates. Use the head brand ambassador job description template to see how to structure this section. Include information such as level of education, job experience, and preferred skills, but aren’t deal breakers in potential brand ambassadors.
Company Overview: This is your opportunity to be your own brand ambassador and to show why your company is worth representing. Describe your company culture, why your brand is unique, and why your product is worth evangelizing. You want potential brand ambassadors to fully buy into your company’s ideals and the product you’re selling, so share your social profiles as a way to get them to know you and your product better.
