- Installs/change parts on production machinery.
- Reads blueprints, diagrams, and machinery manuals to diagnose problems and identify parts required.
- Actively seeks to find problems in assigned area and corrects before the problems become critical.
- Communicates conditions of equipment by completing appropriate maintenance records, transferring knowledge of conditions to incoming mechanics or lubricators at shift change, and informing the supervisor of significant problems.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both oral and written).
Required:
- Working knowledge of basic mechanical hand tools.

- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
