Job Summary:
- Provide sustainment, O&M, and technical support for the Army Enterprise SYSMAN system.
- Support re-engineering efforts required by integration to GNE AD, and other systems external to SysMan via approved data standards. These systems include but are not limited to Remedy/ITSM, NetMan, HBSS, ACAS/REM/Retina, and DoD VMS.
- Provide operational engineering support for the CM process in support of routine patching, synchronization with the Army Golden Master (AGM) and day- to-day operational issues of the SYSMAN software, hardware, and storage and network infrastructure.
- Initiate system RFCs as necessary and support the CM processes for routine sustainment and O&M.
- Perform tests of proposed changes (such as patching) and provide support to operational organizations supporting RFCs and IAVA compliance.
- Provide source documentation needed to complete project configuration management plans for SYSMAN capabilities and test functionality of the SYSMAN capability management tools and applications to the LNA requirements.
- Document project technical solutions and schedules within the established suspense, and adhere to operational requirements and technical standards via the system design.
- Assess site-specific architecture and current hardware limitations. Conduct testing for implementation of new SYSMAN technologies and develop documentation to meet identified suspense dates.
