Concurrent Validity

Concurrent validity is a specific form of evidence that is used to defend whether a certain validated test still gives the most accurate outcomes. Most of the time, a new test will be compared to a tried-and-true method of collecting results. For business owners, certain procedures may be in place to figure out how productive employees actually are, but an employer wants to know if another test would be more accurate. The two tests would need to be performed at roughly the same time. The two results will need to be checked to see if there is any correlation, and ultimately, the proper measures can be taken if need be.
