Alison Mackay is co founder of the Silicon Valley Recruiters Association, a group created by recruiters for recruiters. The organization’s mission is to build and develop industry professionals in the Bay Area and to share best practices in a non-competitive environment. When Alison’s not working hard to improve the industry as a whole, she’s recruiting technical and non-technical roles for Facebook’s Infrastructure Data Center. In 2017, she’s committed to creating transparency for jobseekers and helping them better understand the recruiting process.
